Simple Balance Holistic Center is a health and wellness center that is geared towards a lifestyle of  awareness,  action,  healing,  simplicity,  balance, personal growth,  empowerment, and health education.  We  do  our best   to  serve   our  members   with  the  highest  quality  of  care  and compassion. We are dedicated to helping you continually master your health and life so that you are a constant expression of youth, vitality, and happiness.

SBHC’s mission is to help improve the health of individuals, families, friends, community, and humanity as a whole. SBHC understands that health and wellness is an individual experience yet has a profound and positive effect to those around. As individuals experience a greater sense of well being, they are able to adapt and be flexible to the challenges of everyday life. Most importantly, your health, wellness, and healing becomes an inspiration to those you love.

SBHC’s purpose is to empower and educate our care members to realize and embrace that the healing potential resides in everyone. This is our natural state. We are designed to heal and self regulate. The question is, "What's getting in the way of this expression?" An individual’s healing potential is unleashed when there is a true connection between spirit, mind, and body. To allow optimal healing to continue, we must first find the cause of interference (e.g. nutritional, physical, emotional,and energetic), remove the interference using the specific treatment approach, nourish our inner physician, and educate or coach individuals to choose and create a life-enriching and health enhancing lifestyle. Just like exercise, health is a process…a journey…not a destination. How far do you want to go? You are only limited with what you believe is possible.

  • Holistic Chiropractic Care:  Chiropractic care focuses on the correction of Subluxations which are misalignments of your body’s backbone or spine as a result of chemical, physical and mental stress on the body. Gentle chiropractic adjustments are used to realign the spine to allow for optimal nervous system communication, function, and autonomic nervous system balance.
